Scope and Definitions

The following Sport Betting Rules govern all bets offered by Nv Casino on sporting events. In this document, the terms below have the following meanings: Event means the individual match or contest identified in the market; Market is a specific bet type on a defined outcome; Official Result is the final result as published by the controlling federation, organizer, or governing body; Settlement is the process of determining winnings according to the applicable market rules; Void means a bet that is cancelled, declared invalid, or not settled; Live Betting means bets placed while an event is ongoing; Abandoned means an event terminated before completion; Play-or-Pay refers to the settlement principle for Outright markets described in these rules.

Bet Acceptance, Validity and Limits

Bets are accepted on the Line displayed at the time of bet acceptance. Once a bet is accepted by Nv Casino, it cannot be altered or cancelled by the player. Live bets are accepted only on events currently in progress and only on outcomes with undecided results.

• Bets placed before the official start of the event are governed by the pre-match Line. Live bets are governed by the live Line at the moment of acceptance.
• All bets, including Live bets, may be voided if the event has not started as scheduled, if there is a palpable error in the listing of the market, or if a bet is placed in bad faith or in breach of these Rules.
• Nv Casino reserves the right to limit maximum bets on individual events and to apply account-level restrictions or suspend accounts for improper activity, including multiple identical bets designed to bypass limits or to exploit system weaknesses.

Settlement Principles

The outcome of a Market is settled when the result is officially determined. Where the official result is announced after the event has concluded, settlement is based on that official result. In the absence of an official result, or where the result is subsequently revised, Nv Casino reserves the right to settle in accordance with the governing body’s final decision.

In the event of a market being decided by regular play as published (e.g., standard duration), Nv Casino will not apply any overtime, extra innings, or deciders unless the market expressly includes them. Markets that explicitly include overtime, penalties, or other deciders will be settled on those terms if the market description specifies such inclusion.

Event Status, Postponement, Suspension and Abandonment

If an event is postponed, suspended, or cancelled and is not resumed within the timeframes specified below, bets may be voided or settled based on the best available official information. The following timeframes apply unless otherwise stated in a specific market description:

• Soccer and most football markets: If the event does not resume within 48 hours of its original start time, unsettled bets are typically voided unless the market specifies otherwise.
• Tennis and other indoor events: If the event is not resumed within 72 hours of the official start time, unsettled bets are void unless the market specifies otherwise.
• Baseball, American football, and other long-duration sports: If the event is not resumed within the applicable window stated in the market description (commonly 12–72 hours depending on the sport), unsettled bets may be voided or settled on the results available up to that point. Markets that have already been determined remain settled.

When an event is abandoned or not resumed within the specified window, all unsettled markets not definitively determined by the end of the event will be refunded or voided as described in the market terms. For two-leg or aggregated formats, only the markets associated with the first completed segment may determine settlement in accordance with the market description.

Live Betting Rules

Live bets are settled on the basis of the official information available immediately after the completion of the event or its sub-segments, as published by the organizing federation or body. Live odds update in real time and may reflect on-field events as they occur. Claims regarding Live bets must be submitted within 24 hours of the event’s start. If an event is abandoned or not finished within the stated window, un-determined live bets may be voided or refunded in line with the market terms.

In the event of a VAR decision or any official decision that contradicts the momentary state recorded at bet placement, Nv Casino reserves the right to void affected bets where the market outcome is directly altered by such decisions, unless the market description confirms the alteration is incorporated in the odds at bet acceptance.

Outright Markets and Play-or-Pay

Outright markets (e.g., champion or top finishers) are subject to a Play-or-Pay rule. Bets placed on Outright markets shall stand regardless of subsequent withdrawal or non-participation of a listed participant, provided the event has commenced. Head-to-head (H2H) markets are excluded from this rule; in such cases, bets are void if a listed participant does not compete. If a participant is replaced by another participant from the same team, team markets remain, while individual performance bets on the withdrawn participant may be void.

In cases where a competition is interrupted, postponed, or rescheduled, the Play-or-Pay rule applies to the original listed participants unless the market description explicitly states otherwise.

Bet Types and Settlement of Bets

Nv Casino offers standard bet types, including:

• Single bets: A single selection on a defined event or outcome.
• Accumulator/Combo bets: A bet on multiple independent events; all selections must win for a payout.
• System bets: A collection of multiple bets with a defined size; each component is settled separately.
• Conditional bets: A chain of bets with a primary part and contingent parts, settled according to the rules described in the market terms.

On markets involving more than one event or participant, it is prohibited to include the same match across multiple selections in a way that would bypass sector limitations. Where events are related, Nv Casino reserves the right to adjust or void affected bets in accordance with the market terms. Final odds for winnings are determined with regard to the specifics of each market, including any postponements or transfers of the event.

Specific Sport Rules (Illustrative

• Soccer/Football: Markets are settled on the regular duration unless the market description specifies inclusion of extra time or penalties. If a match is decided by penalties after regular time, market outcomes that do not specify the decider may be settled as void unless clearly included in the market.
• Tennis: Bets on sets or games are generally settled on the official score; if a player withdraws before or during a match, affected bets may be void according to the market description; bets on the tournament or progression may be void if the player withdraws before the event.
• Basketball: Bets may include overtime unless the market is explicitly for regulation time. If a game is suspended or cancelled, unsettled markets follow the market terms.
• American Football: Bets include possible overtime unless stated otherwise. If the game is not completed, unsettled markets follow the market terms or are voided as described in the market terms.
• Baseball: Bets settle on the official result, including or excluding extra innings as specified by the market. If a game is suspended and not resumed within the stated window, unsettled bets may be voided; pitcher-specific markets are subject to listed changes and exceptions.

Questionable Events, Errors and Corrections

In the event of a palpable error by Nv Casino in listing a market or odds, the company may correct or void the bet; erroneous settlements may be re-settled in accordance with the correct result if identifiable. If a game result is unofficial or disputed by the governing body, Nv Casino will await formal adjudication before settling related bets. The maximum period for re-settlement decisions following a disputed outcome is 30 days from the initial settlement.

Eligibility, Security and Compliance

Bets may be accepted only from persons who meet the age and eligibility requirements applicable in the player’s jurisdiction. Nv Casino adheres to Know Your Customer (KYC), anti-money laundering (AML) and responsible gaming policies. Nv Casino maintains the right to suspend or close accounts suspected of fraudulent activity, or where lawful or regulatory obligations require action, without prior notice.

These Sport Betting Rules are a standing policy of Nv Casino. By placing a bet, the player confirms acceptance of these rules and agrees to be bound by them. Nv Casino reserves the right to amend these rules and to apply such amendments prospectively or prospectively by notice on the site, with changes effective on publication or as otherwise stated in the market terms.
